In addition, SLSP owns two external coating lines that can meet the requirements of Φ219-Φ1420mm pipes and two internal lining lines that can meet the requirements of Φ406-Φ1420mm pipes. The annual anti-corrosion area of SLSP is up to 4.8 million square meters.
Equipped with Lincoln welding machine (USA), Weld Seam Automatic Tracking System, 2602N-2 Charpy Impact Test Machine, JL-50000 DWTT Machine, ARL3460 Vacuum Direct-reading Spectrometer, WAW-Y1000 Computer-controlled Universal Test Machine, DR Digital Panel X-ray Imaging System, Hanwei HS610E Digital Ultrasonic Test Machine, and Axiovert40 MAT Metallographic Microscope, etc., SLSP is the most advanced SAWH pipe manufacturing enterprise in China.
